Senior Vice President, Worldwide Technical Support and Customer Service

Barry McPherson is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Technical Support and Customer Service for McAfee, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all evolving Corporate and Consumer customer support efforts, promoting multiple methods of access and increasing self-assistance and self-diagnosing options. McPherson joined the company in January 2006.

During 2007, the McAfee Support organization has won multiple awards for international, knowledge management, website, and American Business Awards for Best Support Organization.

McPherson has over 20 years experience in technology and related industries. Prior to joining McAfee, he spent six years at Juniper Networks in Global Operations, Business Development, Channel, and Region oversight positions, as it evolved from 300 to 4,000 employees. Prior to joining Juniper Networks, he held sales, support, and operational management roles at Bay Networks, Siemens, GTE, and GE Capital.
